ARIS Partners is currently advising on the structuring and mobilization of financing for a large-scale premium hotel program in Côte d'Ivoire, aimed at developing high-end assets that meet international hospitality standards. The mandate covers a total fundraising of €100 million (approximately 65 billion FCFA) , combining equity and debt, including financial structuring, financing arrangements, and support through to closing.

Furthermore, ARIS Partners has been mandated to raise €10 million (approximately 6.5 billion FCFA) in equity and debt financing for the development of a mining operation in Côte d'Ivoire. Their role encompasses the financial structuring of the project, the preparation of the bankability dossier, and the mobilization of investors and financial partners, while adhering to the sector's technical, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
